This workshop will provide an Energy Healing group session to deeply clean and balance Sacral Plexus Chakra. You will continue to receive the Reiki energy for 7 days. I will give you instructions on how to stay connected to the reiki energy.

How to prepare for the session:

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down comfortably. Many people fall asleep during the session.

Have one or more crystals associated with the sacral chakra. Also, you may diffuse one of the essential oils on the ambient or use on yourself (Optional).
