In this free Reiki-guided meditation you will experience deep relaxation and relief from stress and anxiety. The Reiki energy will help you release blockages that are causing you to stay stuck in negative thought patterns driven by fear (False Evidence Appearing Real). I will send Reiki energy to you for 7 days and teach you how to stay connected to this energy during that time. You will also receive a recording of the session, which I recommend playing again while you sleep to enhance the healing process.
Here are 7 ways to reduce or avoid stress:
- Take 3 deep breaths whenever you realize you’re holding your breath.
- Set the intention to arrive 5 minutes early for appointments. The stress of being late or judged can be overwhelming.
- Take short breaks throughout the day. Even a minute or two can make a difference. Sit back, close your eyes (if possible), and just focus on breathing in and out.
- Spend time in nature every day, whether it’s walking barefoot for 3+ minutes, getting 10+ minutes of sunlight, hugging a tree, or something else.
- Meditate daily for at least 5 minutes. You can try breathing exercises, guided meditation, visualization, chanting mantras, or affirmations.
- Create a list of things you’re grateful for and take time to reflect on why you appreciate them.
- Do something creative and/or joyful every day, even if it’s just for a short time.
How to prepare for the session:
Find a quiet place to sit or lie down comfortably. Many people fall asleep during the session.
Go ahead if you feel drawn to using crystals or essential oils, that’s perfectly fine. These are the ones I use most often: amethysts, which supports all chakras by transforming negative energy into positive energy; black crystals for protection; and selenite, which is great for energy cleansing.
