Group session to heal the Throat Chakra.

Your Throat chakra is responsible for Communication, Self-expression of feelings and speaking the truth.

Unbalanced Issues: Thyroid problems, Hoarseness, Sore throat, Sores in the mouth or tongue, Gum disease, Ear infections, Sinus infections, Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) issues, Tight shoulders.

This workshop will provide an Energy Healing group session to deeply clean and balance the Throat Chakra. You will continue to receive the Reiki energy for 7 days. I will give you instructions on how to stay connected to the reiki energy.

How to prepare for the session:

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down comfortably. Many people fall asleep during the session.

Have one or more crystals associated with the throat chakra. Also, you may diffuse one of the essential oils on the ambient or use on yourself (Optional).
