Group session to heal the Root Chakra.

Your Root chakra is responsible for your Physical Wellbeing, Stability, Security, Basic Needs, Survival Instincts, Grounding, Family and Relationships.

Unbalanced Issues: Fearful, Distrusting, Workaholic, Feeling Out of Control, Unable to make decisions, Financial Issues, Feelings of Insecurity, Anxiety, Stress, and a Loss of Personal Bearings.

This workshop will provide an Energy Healing group session to deeply clean and balance the Root/ Basic Chakra. You will continue to receive the Reiki energy for 7 days. I will give you instructions on how to stay connected to the reiki energy. You will also receive a recording of the session, which I recommend playing again while you sleep to enhance the healing process.

How to prepare for the session:

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down comfortably. Many people fall asleep during the session.

Have one or more crystals associated with the root chakra. Also, you may diffuse one of the essential oils on the ambient or use on yourself (Optional).
