How to prepare for the session:

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down comfortably. Many people fall asleep during the session.

Go ahead if you feel drawn to using crystals or essential oils, that’s perfectly fine. These are the ones I use most often: amethysts, which supports all chakras by transforming negative energy into positive energy; black crystals for protection and grounding; and selenite, which is great for energy cleansing.
