Here are 7 ways to reduce or avoid stress:

1. Take 3 deep breaths whenever you
   realize you’re holding your breath.
2. Set the intention to arrive 5
   minutes early for appointments. The stress of being late or judged can be
   overwhelming.
3. Take short breaks throughout the
   day. Even a minute or two can make a difference. Sit back, close your eyes
   (if possible) and just focus on breathing in and out.
4. Spend time in nature every day, whether
   it’s walking barefoot for 3+ minutes, getting 10+ minutes of sunlight,
   hugging a tree, or something else.
5. Meditate daily for at least 5
   minutes. You can try breathing exercises, guided meditation,
   visualization, chanting mantras, or affirmations.
6. Create a list of things you’re
   grateful for and take time to reflect on why you appreciate them.
7. Do something creative and/or
   joyful every day, even if it’s just for a short time.

How to prepare for the session:

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down comfortably because you may fall asleep during
the session.

In addition, feel free to use crystals and/or essential oils related to the
