All traumas and unprocessed emotions get stored in your energetic body and subconscious, they hunt you causing fear, anxiety, stress, depression and even manifesting as physical disease. 

Whether you’re beginning your healing journey or seeking deeper integration, this experience offers a blend of guided meditation, hands-on Reiki, and compassionate reflection. You’ll learn techniques to regulate your nervous system, access inner calm, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

In this workshop, you will:

How to prepare for the session:

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down comfortably. Many people fall asleep during the session.

Go ahead if you feel drawn to using crystals or essential oils, that’s perfectly fine. These are the ones I use most often: amethysts, which supports all chakras by transforming negative energy into positive energy; black crystals for protection; and selenite, which is great for energy cleansing.
