How to prepare for the session:

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down comfortably because you may fall asleep during the session.

In addition, feel free to use crystals and/or essential oils related to the chakras. Here are few recommendations: the amethysts, which supports all chakras by transforming negative energy into positive energy; black crystals for protection; and selenite, which is great for energy cleansing.
