On this Reiki guided meditation, you will experience deep relaxation and relief from stress and anxiety. The Reiki energy will help you release blockages that are keeping you stuck in a negative thought pattern based on fear (False Evidence Appearing Real). I will send Reiki energy to you for 7 days and I also suggest that you play it again when you go sleep.
Here are 7 ways to reduce or avoid stress:
1. Take 3 deep breaths whenever you notice you’re holding your breath.
2. Set the intention to arrive 5 minutes earlier for appointments. The fear of being late and judged can cause a lot of stress.
3. Take small breaks throughout your day. Even a minute or two makes a difference. Sit back, close your eyes (if possible), and just breathe in and out.
4. Spend time in nature every day (e.g., walk barefoot for 3+ minutes, get 10+ minutes of sunlight, hug a tree, etc.).
5. Meditate daily for at least 5 minutes (breathing exercises, guided meditations,
visualization, chanting mantras, or affirmations).
6. Make a list of things you’re grateful for and reflect on why you appreciate them.
7. Do something creative or joyful every day, even if it’s only for a short time.
