How to prepare for the session:

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down comfortably. Many people fall asleep during the session.

To use crystals or essential oils can enhance your experience. Those three crystals support all chakras:

• Amethysts, which supports all chakras by transforming negative energy into positive energy.
• Black crystals for protection.
• Selenite, which is great for energy cleansing.

Listen to the audio recording as often as you feel guided. Since the deepest changes happen in your subconscious, you can even play it at a low volume while you sleep.
